Judge Brad the Equaliser
He calls himself "Fabulous
Phil", however, this hard living avenger is known and feared across the far
Eastern Realms. He has snatched more children in a week than his forebear King
Herod, (whose name he uses) could manage in a lifetime. Judge, Jury and
Executioner in one.
This fearsome character has followed a high moral mission to:
"Protect young children,
enforce law and order, equalise the odds, keep lawyers in work, and drive
fear into the hearts of evil doers...."
He is also known as Robo Brad, and Puffing Philly, but
stoutly claims that the sobriquet "Philandering Phil" was attributed
in hope rather than judgement, by his number one admirer Hot
Sharon!!! She loves his hard
avenging image and massive chopper! It is known that if the Hog appears this
wild woman has said that Phil must also have a mount, and can "ride her
around the Parish", such is the way of the Challenge... This could truly be
an evening and a sight never to be forgotten.
He has told the Phantom that the Parish need never fear the
Dragons again, as he can out smoke any fire breather from a distance of 2
miles!!
